Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Available international shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Any applicable promotion or shipping offers will be reflected at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please add your order number included in the email. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our candles. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with replacement or resolution.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located. Please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address that is provided by the customer.
